The One Thing That Calms My Mind 🧘‍♀️

Today is the 16th day of my blog. Today I want to talk about something I do to calm my mind and relax.Most of the time, I am a person who gets angry quickly and becomes emotional very easily. In today’s busy life, many of us live with a lot of stress and pressure. Because of that, I tried many things to reduce my stress.I tried listening to music 🎧, meditation 🧘‍♀️, and writing a diary πŸ“–, but none of those things really helped me control my mind.However, there was one special thing that helped me a lot. That is Mandala Art 🎨. It is a coloring book with many beautiful designs. All we have to do is color the drawings.I first learned about this from an older brother, and he was the one who gave me the book. Whenever I color the drawings in that book, I feel very calm and relaxed. It really helps my mind feel peaceful.Honestly, friends, I recommend you also try Mandala coloring.
