Hi guys today is my 10 th day of my blog.Today was my very first day at the gym π I was nervous, excited, and honestly a little scared π¬Walking in, I saw all the equipment π️♀️Treadmills, weights, bikes… everything looked huge π³I didn’t even know where to start π€I began with some stretches π€Έ♂️Then tried the treadmill π♂️Wow… it’s harder than it looks π My legs were shaking and my heart was racing ❤️Next, I tried some weights π️♂️At first, I struggled π But every small lift felt like a victory πͺ✨The trainers were super helpful π§π«They taught me the correct way to do exercises ✅I learned so much and realized consistency is key πEven though my muscles are sore now πI feel super motivated and happy πThis is the start of my fitness journey π€️π₯I can’t wait to go back tomorrow π♂️Step by step, day by day, I will become stronger πͺπ
