My Book Fair Experience at BMICH 📚🌟

 Hello everyone! 💖

Welcome back to my blogging journey. Today is Day 24, and I’m so excited to share a beautiful experience I had recently. Today, I’m going to talk about the book fair I visited 📚✨The book fair was held at BMICH one of the most popular places for big events in Sri Lanka. The moment I entered, I felt so happy and excited 😍There’s a saying, “Reading makes a full man.” And honestly, being there made me truly understand the meaning of it 💭📖I went to the book fair with my younger sister 👭💖We spent hours walking from stall to stall, looking at different kinds of books. There were novels, educational books, storybooks, and even beautiful stationery items ✨🖊️I couldn’t control my excitement 😅I ended up buying a lot of books, pens, and pencils worth more than Rs. 25,000 💸📚But honestly, it didn’t feel like a waste at all. It felt like I was investing in knowledge and my future 🌱✨The atmosphere of the book fair was amazing. Everywhere I looked, people were reading, choosing books, and enjoying the moment 📖😊It felt peaceful and inspiring at the same time. Holding new books in my hands gave me so much happiness 💕The smell of new pages, the colorful covers, and the feeling of starting something new… it’s just magical ✨This experience made me love reading even more 💖I realized that books are not just pages—they are worlds full of ideas, dreams, and knowledge 🌍📚If you ever get a chance to visit a book fair, don’t miss it It’s not just about buying books, it’s about the experience and the inspiration you get 🌟Thank you for reading my Day 24 blog 💕See you again tomorrow with another story! 😊✨

The Day I Baked My First Cake 🎄🍰

 Hello everyone! 💖

Today marks the 23rd day of my blogging journey, and I’m really excited to share something special with you all. Today’s story is about my very first cake and cupcakes that I ever made 🎂🧁To be honest, I didn’t know how to bake at all before this. I always thought making a cake was something very difficult and only professionals could do it. But one day, I decided to try it myself… and that day was Christmas 🎄✨I still remember how nervous I felt while mixing the ingredients 😅I kept thinking, “Will this even turn out okay? But step by step, I followed a simple recipe. I mixed flour, sugar, eggs, and butter with so much hope and excitement 🥄💛The kitchen was filled with a sweet smell as the cake baked in the oven… and that moment felt magical 🌟When it was finally ready, I couldn’t believe my eyes 😍It actually looked like a real cake! And the best part? It tasted really good! 😋🎉Soft, sweet, and made with my own hands – that made it even more special. After that, I also tried making cupcakes 🧁💕They were small, cute, and fun to decorate. I added some simple toppings and made them look colorful and pretty 🌈✨That day taught me something important: You don’t have to be perfect to start. You just need the courage to try 💪💖Now baking has become something I truly enjoy. It makes me feel calm, happy, and proud of myself 😊If you’ve never tried baking before, I really recommend you to give it a try. Who knows? You might surprise yourself just like I did! 🎂✨Thank you for reading my Day 23 blog 💕see you tomorrow with another story!

When Old Friends Meet Again After School Days ✨

 Hello everyone! 😊

Today marks the 22nd day of my blogging journey, and I’m so excited to share something truly special with you. After leaving school, it had been almost a year since I last saw my dear friends. Life got busy, everyone went their own ways, and we hardly found time to meet. But today was different — we finally reunited at our very first sports event after school! 🏃‍♂️🎉The moment I saw everyone again, my heart felt so full. It was like no time had passed at all. We laughed, talked, and remembered all the silly and unforgettable moments from our school days. 😄💬What made the day even more special was meeting our beloved teacher again. ❤️ Seeing her brought back so many memories, and it felt just like being back in school. Her smile, her kind words — everything reminded us of how much she has influenced our lives. The sports event itself was full of energy and excitement! 🏅🔥 Even though we are no longer students, the spirit of competition and teamwork was still alive in us. We cheered for each other, took lots of photos 📸, and created new memories together.Today wasn’t just about sports — it was about friendship, nostalgia, and the beautiful bond we still share. 💫 I truly felt happy and grateful to experience this moment.Days like this remind me that no matter how far we go in life, the memories we create with the people we love will always stay with us. 💖Can’t wait for more days like this! 🌈✨

Alone, But Not Empty: The Poetry Within Me”❤️

Today is the 19th day of my blog .There is something special about being alone 🌙Not loneliness, but silence… a quiet space where my thoughts begin to speak 🤍Whenever I find myself alone, I start writing poems ✍️It’s not something I plan. It just happens 🌿Words slowly come to me, like they were waiting for that exact moment ⏳Sometimes, my poems are filled with sadness 💔Sometimes, they carry hope 🌈And sometimes, they are just a mix of everything I feel but cannot explain 🌊Writing poetry has become my way of understanding myself 🪞When I cannot talk to anyone, I talk to my paper 📖When my heart feels heavy, my words make it lighter 🕊️Being alone is no longer something I fear 🌌Because in that silence, I discover my creativity 🎨I discover my voice 🎤Maybe not everyone will understand my poems 🤷‍♀️But that’s okay 🌸Because they are a part of me — honest, raw, and real ❤️So whenever I am alone,I don’t feel empty anymore… 🌻I just start writing ✨

Bye all... 🌸

This is my first sinhala poem.
